One address instead of six

Most families assemble their week out of separate places. Childcare in one neighbourhood, a gym somewhere else, a coffee shop that tolerates a laptop, a meeting room borrowed from a friend's office, and dinner solved at 6pm in a supermarket aisle.

Pulse exists because that assembly is the actual work. Every amenity below was chosen for one reason: because it removes a separate trip from a parent's week. The building is the product. What follows is what is in it.

The Academy — licensed childcare

A licensed early learning centre, licence number 90, regulated and inspected by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education. Three age-grouped rooms running from infancy to school entry: infant under 18 months, toddler 18 to 30 months, and preschool from 30 months until school.

The parent fee reduction under the Canada-Wide agreement is applied automatically to every space, and no club membership is required to enroll. Most enrolled families are not members.

Pulse City Club — adults only

The counterweight to the family side of the building, and deliberately adults-only. A members' lounge, café and bar, quiet desks, and the kind of room where a conversation does not have to be interrupted every ninety seconds.

This is the amenity parents are most surprised by and end up valuing most. Somewhere in the same building that is unambiguously not for children.

Coworking and desks

Quiet desks and shared working space on the club floor, available to members and at coworking rates. For parents, the arrangement means drop-off and the working day happen at one address rather than three points on a map.

Meeting and boardroom space

Bookable meeting rooms and a boardroom, reserved in advance through the member portal rather than fought over at the door. Screens, whiteboards and a door that closes — for client presentations, team sessions, or the call that cannot happen from a kitchen table.

Capacity and room configurations are built for up to 20 people. .

Event space

A dedicated room for private hire, used for member programming, workshops, celebrations and children's birthday parties. It is the same space that makes a Saturday morning party genuinely straightforward rather than a logistical event in its own right.

The kitchen and take-home meals

A chef-led kitchen in the building, serving the café through the day and producing take-home meals for the evenings when cooking is not going to happen. Catering is available for meetings and private events in the building.

For enrolled children, an optional enhanced meal programme covers specific dietary needs — gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, vegan, halal and other accommodations. Allergies and medical dietary requirements are handled as a matter of course, not as an add-on.

Wellness

Wellness space and programming for members, alongside partner rates at local studios. The premise is unglamorous: the workout most parents skip is the one that requires a separate trip.

Programming and events

Regular programming across both sides of the building — enrichment for children, workshops and social events for adults, and a smaller number designed for both at once. Members book first through the portal.

Quarterly specialty programming is available to enrolled children as an optional add-on, rotating through areas like STEAM, music, language and dance so families can choose by their child's interests.

Pulse Concierge

An optional programme for members that takes three areas of household administration and owns them completely — gifting, school communications, home services, appointments. It exists because the load families carry is rarely the tasks themselves, it is remembering which task is due.

Access and booking

Building entry is by fob, issued when you join or enroll. Rooms — boardrooms, meeting space and the event room — are reserved in advance through the online member portal. Nothing depends on catching someone at a desk.

Hours of operation and parking arrangements are secured in the adjacent lot to the south of the building and via the street.. Email us and we will confirm both before your first visit.

What you get, by membership

Not every amenity is included in every arrangement, and it is worth being direct about that.

• Academy enrollment only. Licensed childcare, the parent fee reduction, daily updates through Brightwheel, and the optional childcare programmes. No club access.
• Club membership. Social spaces, the adults-only City Club, programming and events, meeting and event room booking, coworking member rates, and reciprocal access at every Pulse club.
• Both. What most parents come for. Childcare downstairs, the club upstairs, and the walk between them measured in seconds.
• Corporate seats. Club and coworking access as an employee benefit, one invoice, transferable seats, five-seat minimum.
