What actually happens.
Tell us you are interested
Fill in the enquiry form on our home page, or email us directly. We want your name, how to reach you, and roughly what you are looking for — club, childcare, coworking, or all three. It takes two minutes and commits you to nothing.
Come and see it
A tour is the fastest way to know whether Pulse is right for your family. Walk the floor, see the Academy rooms, sit in the lounge, meet whoever is around. Pick a time directly from our calendar, or we will find one with you.
Choose how you belong
Founding, Family, Individual or Corporate — and whether you are enrolling a child in the Academy alongside it. We will walk you through what each one opens up and what it costs, then send the agreement to sign.
Move in
Sign, pay your initiation and first month, and collect your fob. We will set up your booking access, add you to member communications, and show you how everything works on your first day.
Not everyone joins the same way.
The four steps above are the club route. If you are here for childcare only, or joining on behalf of a company, your path is shorter.
Club membership
The full building — social spaces, events, programming and coworking rates, with the Academy available alongside.
The Academy
Licensed childcare without club membership. Enrollment runs through Brightwheel rather than through us directly.
Corporate seats
Club and coworking access as an employee benefit. One invoice, transferable seats, five-seat minimum.
Questions we get every time.
Do I have to join to tour?
No. Tours are free and carry no obligation. Plenty of people tour, think about it, and come back weeks later.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes. A day pass is $35 and a week pass is $90. If you join within 30 days, that fee credits toward your initiation.
Do I need club membership for childcare?
No. The Academy stands on its own. Club membership is a separate choice, and either can come first.
Is the initiation refundable?
Founding memberships are fully refundable before opening day. For other tiers, refund terms are set out in your agreement.
Can I bring my children on the tour?
Please do. Seeing how your child reacts to the space tells you more than anything we can say about it.
What if I move cities?
Membership includes reciprocal access at every Pulse club, so a move within our network does not mean starting over.
