What each program costs, and what you actually pay.
Pulse Academy participates in the federal–provincial childcare agreement. The parent fee reduction is applied automatically to every licensed space. There is no income test and no application.

Fees are set in accordance with Saskatchewan Ministry of Education requirements and are billed monthly through Brightwheel. The reduction shown is applied by Pulse before invoicing — families are billed the parent fee only.

New enrollment fee
A one-time fee applied to all new registrations. Charged once, at enrollment, per family.
Annual membership fee, per child
Charged once per year. It appears on your October invoice through Brightwheel.

None of the following is required to enroll or to remain enrolled. Families opt in, and can opt out with notice.
Enhanced Meal Program
$25.00per monthFor children who require or follow specific dietary preferences, including gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, vegan and halal diets, or any other dietary accommodation approved by the centre. The fee covers specialty ingredients, separate food preparation, and the additional care required to accommodate specialized dietary needs.
Quarterly Specialty Programming
$25.00per monthRotating enrichment experiences that give children the opportunity to explore new interests, build confidence, and experience learning in different ways. Offerings rotate quarterly, so families can choose based on their child's interests.
Personal Items Program
From $5.00per item, monthlyRather than packing and replenishing supplies each week, opt in and we keep your child stocked with the essentials. Choose only the items you want.
Extended hours
Hourlyfrom October 1, 2026Applies where a child is in care for more than 10 hours in a day. This fee follows provincial government guidelines. Time in care is calculated from your child's Brightwheel sign-in and sign-out times, so it is only charged where it is actually incurred.

How we are regulated.
Provincially licensed
Pulse Academy operates as a licensed childcare facility under Saskatchewan's childcare legislation and regulations, and is subject to inspection by the Ministry of Education. Licence number 90.
Qualified educators
Educators hold early childhood education certification at the levels required by provincial regulation, and all staff complete criminal record and vulnerable sector checks before working with children.
Ratios and group sizes
Staff-to-child ratios and maximum group sizes follow provincial regulation for each age category, and are maintained throughout the day.
Fee transparency
The full fee schedule, the parent fee reduction, and every optional fee are published on this page. Families receive the same schedule in writing at enrollment.
Billing and records
All fees are invoiced through Brightwheel, our childcare management platform. Attendance, sign-in and sign-out times, incident reports and daily records are kept there.
Records retention
Children's records, attendance and incident reports are retained for the minimum periods set by provincial childcare legislation, then securely destroyed.
Licence documentation and inspection records are available on request, and from the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education.
